Graystar Industries is a direct import/wholesale distributor of a variety of consumer good items.  In business since 2000, Graystar Industries has specialized in the poker/gaming industry and is the original Canadian supplier of the "Aluminum Poker Set" (since 2001).

We have recently expanded our product line to include giftware, tools, office supplies, housewares and seasonal merchandise.  We are also able to offer a variety of our products as promotional products for your company which can include your company name and/or logo.

Graystar Industries requires an initial minimum purchase of $200.00 and provides merchandise to retailers, wholesalers, corporations, promotional companies, casinos as well as non-profit organizations and purchasing agencies.

SHIPPING DETAILS.

Payments can be made by Credit Card (visa/mc), Money Order, Check, Bank Transfer or by using Paypal. If payment is made by check, product will not be shipped until 7 days after receiving and processing the check.  If paying by money order or check, please make payment payable to Graystar Industries and send to the address listed below. If paying by paypal you can submit payment using our e-mail address graystar@telus.net by logging on to www.paypal.com

Payment is required in full prior to product being shipped unless other arrangements have been made or agreed upon.

Orders can normally be shipped within 72 hours after payment has been received and processed, however some shipments may take up to 21 days depending on the availability and/or the arrival of merchandise. 

All shipping charges are extra.  Once we have received and prepared your order we will then provide you a shipping quote. The order will not be processed until you have received and confirmed all charges.  

All shipping charges are fob our Calgary warehouse.  Merchandise can be picked up from our warehouse location by appointment only between the hours of 10:00-3:00 Monday to Friday.

You may have your orders shipped via your selected freight/courier company.  Please provide us with your freight/courier account number if you choose this shipping method.  Please note all duty and custom charges will be the responsibilty of the purchaser for any purchases made from customers outside of Canada.
