Payments can be made by Credit Card (visa/mc), Money Order, Check, Bank Transfer or by using Paypal. If payment is made by check, product will not be shipped until 7 days after receiving and processing the check. If paying by money order or check, please make payable to Graystar Industries and send to the adress below. If paying by paypal you can submit payment using our e-mail address graystar@telus.net by logging on to http://www.paypal.com
Payment is required in full prior to product being shipped unless other arrangements have been made or agreed upon.

Shipping
Orders can normally be shipped within 72 hours after payment has been received and processed, however some shipments may take up to 14 days depending on the availability and/or the arrival of merchandise.
All orders including those orders purchased online do not include shipping charges. Once we have received and prepared your order we will then provide you a shipping quote. The order will not be processed until you have recieved and confirmed all charges.
All shipping charges are fob our Calgary warehouse. Merchandise can be picked up from our warehouse location by appointment only between the hours of 10:00-3:00 Monday to Friday.
You may have your orders shipped via your selected freight/courier company. Please provide us with your freight/courier account number if you choose this shipping method.
Please note all duty and custom charges will be the responsibilty of the purchaser for any purchases made from customers outside of Canada.
